The Minnesota Real Estate Team of RE/MAX Advantage Plus was founded by Ryan O'Neill in 2005. The team has been the #1 selling RE/MAX Team in Minnesota in closed transactions and sales volume every year from 2006 through today. In 2021, the team closed over 2200 transactions and 750 million in sales.

We have a team of dedicated, client focused agents who help buyers and sellers with all types of real estate transactions: residential, investment property, first time home buying, new construction, short sales, commercial and professional agents in each part of the urban, suburban and greater Minnesota and Wisconsin regions.
